We are the caretakers of our client’s finances. We bridge the gap and meet them where they are to help them have the peace of mind that financial clarity brings. 


The ideal candidate will not only have a great skill set generating numbers and analysis but will care for our clients and seek to work with them in a way that works well for the clients as well as our firm. They realize the importance of the role they play in our client's financial success. They will be interfacing with clients to help them understand their numbers as well as helping them create plans for the future.

Responsibilities will include bookkeeping as well as working with other team members and clients to ensure that questions are answered and the books are accurately and timely recorded on a monthly basis in order. Also responsible for assisting in the monthly close and helping the team learn and grow in their knowledge of accounting. Must also understand the journal entries behind transactions entered and be able to find and correct errors.

We Want to Meet You If You Are...
  • An experienced bookkeeper that is knowledgeable, accurate, and reliable

  • Accounting degree a plus

  • Good at relating to clients and meeting them where they are in their financial journey

  • Looking to be a part of a firm that does accounting & bookkeeping differently than most other firms

  • Experienced in multiple online accounting software programs

  • Proficient in Excel and Word

  • Able to find and fix errors in financial records

  • Minimum of 5 years in bookkeeping for a small business

  • Able to work independently and productively without regular supervision, meeting firm deadlines as required

  • Willing to work with other team members to provide the best care for our clients

  • Open to learning and change

  • Living in the Knoxville area and available for in-person team meetings in far West Knoxville as well as occasional client visits in various locations

  • Initially able to work an average of 30-35 hours per week with the potential for growth
